WHO AM I ?

I am Martine Verdonck a Personal Fit- & Nutrition Coach from Belgium, who guides professional athletes to improve their performance by teaching them how to use nutrition as fuel for their body, and how to build more muscle mass, burn more fat, recover faster, prevent injuries and increase energy and focus.

An increase in lean body mass (muscle mass) or a decrease in body fat is the product of a targeted training and eating program.

I teach and coach athletes how to keep their sugar level stable for sustained energy, how to build more muscle mass, and how to keep energy and focus high during training and matches, also in second half of the game.

I give lectures in sportclubs, and for athletes who want to follow my coaching program, I make tailored nutrition plans, so they can perform at their top-level.

For injured players, I help to keep (or build) their muscle mass during injury and how to speed up recoverytime.

I have many years of experience by coaching elite athletes, 1st division football players, squash- and tennis players  and a world champ Thaibox.

14 clients are playing in their national football team in different countries. 8 of them where playing in the Afrika Cup and 5 football players are in the FIFA WorldCup 2026.

1 Squashplayer became number 1 in the world.

One of my clients in Belgium won the Belgian Golden Shoe award, the most prestige reward for being best footballplayer in Belgium.
